I get attracted by the headline “Microsoft has set a three week ultimatum-time for Yahoo” when I’m reading news at CNN today. Before they’re running into the threat of takeover battle, I thought it is the destiny for Microsoft buy Yahoo.

Google, Yahoo and MSN are the top search engines in market and without doubt Google is dominating the market. Will Google get threaten if Microsoft-Yahoo is merged?
