Last week, my friend Phei San who send me the videos. I’m so impressive of the performance of the Talents. It’s not the full version but you can ‘youtube’ if you like see the complete version.

Am I LOST myself?
I quite disappointed my performance pass especially my study. But it’s expected as I made less effort for my education. I think probable that I will re-sit the papers.
I almost spend out my time to “Profitable Goal”. I’m thinking, should I revise and improve the plan for new coming year 2009?
What is the big constraint to me this year? I think is Time. I try many ways to manage time but it has always been distracting. We always seeing “Time Management” book, course and audio book, I realize that it’s hard to manage time. Will you?
Instead I do “Result Management” in my coming plan.
I’ve made big mistake! I study wrong subject for my exam. Even I cannot believe I done this mistake!
Day before the exam, I’m online chatting with my friend Stanley, I get shock when I realise that I refer to wrong subject for coming examination. I use one day study Audit paper without doing a question at all, I don’t think I can pass this round.
I’ve made every effort for a day study. I wish and hope that…. I can pass the paper.
I’ve been long time no write a post to my blog.
I can spend whole day just sit in front of my laptop and doing my web marketing or accounting. Even my mum worries my health and has been preaching around me. I feel that my body getting fatty and muscle no solid as last time when I was study at college. Yes, I had been doing exercise very morning that time.
Today, I spend my daylong without doing anything. I setup a commercial website last night, but today I can’t even access to my website. Immediately, I was in live chatting with server end and confirm everything is fine and work smoothly.
After that I call my friend in Singapore and server technician who is in American do a test. They all can access the website, then what’s the problem now? I call my county ISP several times and do a lot of testing and jobs with them. However the result is same – which is FAIL to access in the website. I refuse accept as result. This time I googling IP changer website and use the free service to change my IP address. Boom, I can access my website now. I explain to ISP technician and we do a lot of testing but result is still same – FAIL.
The interesting is other ISP in my country can access the website. I really have no idea what is the problem for my country IP since the server technician confirms that my IP is not being blocked. Then what is the problem now. How to solve it?
What is this lesson? If I’m a customer and hungry looking for buy product or services from me. Thus, I will lose my reputation and customer. In other hand, my customer will feel the website is unsecure and will not come to shop again. The support center is the key factor as we can talk with them instantly and give 24/7 support to them and provide other backup website. Nothing is perfect. At least, they know it’s a live shopping center and not ghost center and see how fully responsibility of supplier. I know a lot people saying the internet business is autopilot business model but it is depend on which industry business you in.
Recurring sale is more powerful than one-off sales, if you provide your customer more than their expectation. I believe they will happy to trade with you again even your price is expensive. Give them $2 dollar value for $1 dollar received. I will talk to you how I’ve extremely good experience with Dell services. If my friends ask for my recommendation for buy PC or laptop, I will introduce Dell without hesitation.
I’m the one or may like everyone hate buy goods or services in unfair condition. Although it’s not cheat case but they’re not telling you the truth. That’s my intention to create informative blogs for searchers and potential customer for reference before they shop.
I post my goal setting called “Profitable Goal” on 31st December 2007.
Today, I share with you how I create my Profitable Goal with simply 10 steps.
1. What’s your Goal?
Ask yourself what you want in your life and what your long term Goal is. It is critical step as it means you’re directing your goal, think and don’t let your mind on free mode.
2. What’s the most impact toward your Goal?
When you list down all your goals, remember tick up the one would most impact to your goal and might result instantly. Make it in advance, focus and do it every day until it done.
3. Master plan and Leverage your time
Manage the risks, do proper plan with develop strategy to shoot your goal. Leverage your time where you found in step 2.
4. The Projection
It’s more detail in the step 3. What’re the skills you need? What is knowledge you must know in the business industry. Who are your competitors and how they tap into the market. What’s your unique standing point? Do survey before start, try to modeling or get help from your advisor or Guru.
5. Reasonable and Measurable result
Measure expected achievement and calculate in figure with specific timing from your plan and project above. Make sure it’s reality as it help you in check the variances.
6. Monitoring the result
At least spend 1 to 2 hours watch your result ever day.
7. Check the variances and the reason
Based on the monitoring result, you now check the variance and find out the reason. Get solution and develop new strategy to overcome the weakness. It may change and enhance the master plan in step 3.
8. Failure is Feedback
Compare your targeted result against actual result.
9. Multiply again and again
It’s the power of compounding! Now you get the successful blueprint, so it’s time to multiply your project over and over again. Congratulation, if you’ve made it.
10. Autopilot Income
Buy back your time. Money can’t buy back your pass but future. Now is the time to hire people run your business or start your affiliate. They’re promoting and selling your product by earns commission.
Do what you like to do and spend time with your family.
The above 10 step-by-step method is used for my internet business and it will be changed if I found better solution.

What’s your goal or anything that you want to achieve that would impact your life significantly in 24 hours?
I learnt this prior goal setting from Brian Tracy, it’s so powerful and I get the result instantly. Try it out and watch your result.
I took the determination bag, how about you guys? Don’t get me wrong, I don’t mean the others are not meaningful. Since the term here is only take one, so I tried took the best. Why is the Determination? It was insinuates a picture in my mind, which is the word of “ACTION”. Determination is only act of making at a decision, it doesn’t mean you’re doing and done it.
I have a lot of plans on last year but no either one is started as I think over and over again and list down my plans but I didn’t take any actions on them. I always looking for further and extra information to add value or try something new as a result I work IN my business and not ON my business. What I’m trying to say is, I’m building my career but it has always been distracted. I’ve always postponed my plans because like no enough resources to perform the best. And day after a day, all my plans are procrastinated. It doesn’t meet the deadline that I set.
The variables are the factor here, and our life has huge variables around thus we used to procrastinate our plan. Think about it, if someone has been telling you that, they will only do their jobs when they’re free or maybe try on next time. I realize that almost they never complete what they had promised. It’s same to everyone, when we’re procrastinate our plans, it never get it done perfectly instead that in MUST situation. Sound similar around you in the past?
Procrastination is the key factor kills ourselves to success. Don’t delay any determination as you are taken seriously into your plan which means it’s important and can’t postpone.
Here is my formula:
Determination + Action = Achieve Your Goals
Determination + Delay = Forget

Visualize and shape in detail with motion, now you’re in your dream house, drive your dream car, do your dream work, and spend time with your family every day. Did you do that every day?

What you think about thought? Do you realize that we’ve always talked to ourselves at every hour, every minute even every second? Think about it, every morning when you wake up, do you talk to yourself “This is a good day” or “Why I need wake up so earlier”? Did you appreciate what’s in your life or are you complaining?
The thought like tele and radio frequency, it would express the signal to universe. When you’re always thinking the channel that you don’t want, it would always bring you to the channel that you don’t want. You don’t want this, you don’t want that and a lot of things you don’t want. Unfortunately, you would always get attracted to the channel that you don’t want because you’re calling them again and again. This is something sensible theories instead I and you might not understand how it works.
You don’t need understand how it works but you must know how to apply the secret.
I and you don’t know how car engine work but we have used it and driving to work everyday. It doesn’t matter how it work, we still can get benefits when we use it. Frankly, I would very seldom take up this type of book. I prefer analytical and proven step-by-step stractegies books. In fact, I like something realistic and proven truth, I hate motivation book without sign.
It’s fourth-rate sharing if I never try and bullshit here.
After watching the video, I have tried applying in my daily life and it happened eventually. I don’t want complicate you, put on a simply example. Before I don’t know how to apply the secret, every day I go to work, always not exception that I need spend around 10 minutes, sometime 30 minutes to find parking lot. I hate find parking lot. It’s wasting my time.
If you focus on what you don’t want then you’ll attracked to what you don’t want.
When I know the secret, I tried applying it in my daily life. At first, it doesn’t happend at once but I get result eventually. As an example above, I think for what the parking lots that I want instead of complaining. Surprisingly, I got the parking lot instantly and it’s happened not only once, it’s often!
If you focus on what you want then you’ll attracked to what you want.
You just ask what you want, the universe will answer and you’ll receive it. Yes, it’s just simple as you flip the catalog listing and choose what you want. Most important is that you must take action and try it out, anything will fruitless if you never action and sit-down.

Whenever I have been going to supermarket, the place that I NEVER misses – “Bookshop“. I regret to miss out all the quality books because I’ve lost the investment opportunities. I know the best investment in our life ever is investing in ourselves.
Think about it, what’s your last investment that you have made and what’s the return? Gain average 5% to 10%? Or you might lose your investment as possible? However, you could never lose what you’ve invested in yourself, no matter you invest in your education, in your skills, and in your knowledge. It stuck in your brain all the time, and you’ll be able to make the best of it over and over again to get unlimited wealth and achieve your goal. I repeat “over and over again to get unlimited wealth“.
In fact, most of people never completed all the stuffs as I’m the ONE. I committed myself that I MUST completely reading all the books and applying the skills and knowledge. Additionally, I will share every books that I read with you guys, I believe this would skyrocket in my learning when I’m sharing.
